Served by a very dedicated waiting staff to round off the experience. This restaurant on the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris offers a reinterpretation of mediterranean gastronomic dishes. In summer, the roof slides back to reveal the sky, and the most beautiful view of the French Riviera.
